For larger sheets with many collaborators, this could be a time-consuming process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With Activity Log, you can see those changes logged in one place, and also track who viewed your sheet and when. You can even filter by action types, collaborators, and date range to find exactly what you\u2019re looking for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe class=\"lazyload\" title=\"Gain Visibility into Sheet Activity\" width=\"1370\" height=\"771\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yejD5wEeZlY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To give you an idea of how Activity Log can help you keep a pulse on your work, here are a few examples of how you can use it in your day-to-day activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confirm That Everyone has Seen the Latest Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Activity Log can help you ensure that everyone is prepared for a meeting &#8211; without making more work for anyone &#8211; by enabling you to quickly check to see if meeting participants have seen the latest content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s an example: Natalie works for a marketing agency and shared her sheet &#8211; with deliverables &#8211; to her client. He even sees who made them so he knows exactly with whom to follow up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Keep Confidential Initiatives Confidential<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With Activity Log, you can also see who has been shared to &#8211; or unshared from &#8211; a sheet by filtering on \u2018Sharing\u2019 to see who shared a sheet, whom they shared it with, and when.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s an example: Karen owns the project sheet for a confidential initiative that only project leads and their teams should be shared to. Karen is able to immediately unshare the sheet from the people who don\u2019t need access and reminds the project lead of the rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get Started with Activity Log<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to use Activity Log, you\u2019ll need to be the sheet owner, an administrator, or an editor on the sheet and be on a Business or eligible Enterprise plan.
