This week, we’re looking at one of the new AI tools on offer to those of you on a Smartsheet Enterprise plan.
Analyze Data is one of 4 AI tools on offer for a trial period ending 31 December. But will it be worth adding to your future subscription?
In a nutshell, this tool helps you visualise the answer to questions like “how many tasks were completed in July?” or “What are my total sales by customer?”
Smartsheet will then provide you with charts and metrics in seconds which can then be downloaded as an image.
This is obviously excellent for decision making and could be really useful in meetings where a group want to run scenarios or check various KPIs.
To use it, just select the ‘Generate with AI tools’ icon on the right rail.
