We’re so excited about the new and improved search functionality from Smartsheet.
Here’s another AMAZING detail.
When you are in the Advanced Search results screen and you have searched for ROW ↔️ content, you can now edit that row directly from the search window without the need to open the sheet!
The example in the image shows a search I created for the word “Explanation” having set the ‘type’ of return I wanted as ‘Rows’. There’s a little pencil to the right of the result that was returned and clicking on this would enable me to edit that row, in the search view.
This is SUCH a time saver and simplistic way to edit something, especially if a term has been used but needs to be updated across several entries.
