Hello LinkedIn, are you ready for another Top Tip Tuesday?

This week, we want to tell you the story of dashboards in Smartsheet. They’ve always been a thing but we realised they weren’t necessarily doing everything you wanted them to.

So, when we developed our Smarter Dashboards app, we took Smartsheet dashboards and raised its game.

As a Smarter Dashboards user, you can:

👓 switch the view when you want to present your data to different audiences, for example there might be one view for the Board and one for your Team

📌 use in-dashboard filters to see data by date, project, client, employee and so on

⛏️ drill down into the data that sits beneath the charts

📄 embed forms to collect new data and edit existing data

🖼️ view multiple records at a time in a table view, AND edit that grid data without leaving the dashboard

🧩 manage dashboard users’ access to data without having to share Smartsheet Workspaces with everyone
