It’s Top Tip Tuesday and, if you’re Smartsheet fans like us, you’re going to love this tip!

We are blown away by the revolutionary update on the search facility within Smartsheet. 🤯🚀

The search icon is now on the left navigation bar and it looks pretty similar to its predecessor on first look, but click the “Advanced search results” link and WoW, you’ll now find a whole host of items and attributes that you can search for including:

📄 forms – search and find forms that have been embedded into your Smartsheet, saving you from having to remember which sheets have which forms

📎 attachments – find any and every attachment which might have been clipped to a Smartsheet row – this is incredibly detailed searching

➡️ rows – you can now search for an individually names row within a Smartsheet

📊 reports, dashboards, folders, you can even search inside the summary pane (!) AND conversations!

When you have lots of Smartsheet’s, containing so many elements of data, this granularity of searching makes life so much easier. High Five Smartsheet 🙌 this is awesome!
