(<em><strong>ask us about our super Smarter Controls 4 Sheets app that does this automagically<\/strong><\/em>)<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Either way, today&#8217;s Top Tip Tuesday shows you how.<br><br>&#x1f31f; Add a column on the left side of your Smartsheet<br>and call it &#8216;Cell Count&#8217;.<br><br>&#x1f31f; Pop this formula into the first cell:<br>=COUNTIF ([Name of left most column]: [Name of right most column], NOT (ISBLANK(@cell)))<br><br>Example shown in the image:<br>=COUNTIF ([Invoice Template]:[Customer Address PostCode], NOT (ISBLANK(@cell)))<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f31f; You can now create a workflow which looks at changes in the Cell Count column and arrange for an alert to be sent to the sheet owner when your target is reached.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure you include the actual column names from<br>your sheet &#8211; this example uses Invoice Template and<br>Customer Address Postcode as the first and last<br>columns in the array &#8211; see image!<\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Did you know Smartsheet has a maximum cell limit?
