They offer an extensive portfolio of products and services, from consultancy, solution design and implementation to project management and 24\/7 support.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The engineers at European Electronique predominantly work on site, providing engineering tech support to schools and colleges. With different engineers working on different sites,<strong> <\/strong>visibility of availability was poor and project planning was a challenge. The team needed a central hub to improve communication and track resources across the team.\u00a0 After Initial licence purchase, the client found they needed a little assistance in configuring both areas to provide a well structured PMO solution that integrated with the Resource Management module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We worked collaboratively with the client to help build and set up a Project Management Solution in Smartsheet.\u00a0 We then helped configure a Resource Management module to integrate with the PMO.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once this was up and running we then provided training across the team on how to use it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Benefits&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Increased visibility across multiple projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Single source of data shared among the team&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduction in duplication of work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective resource management&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Streamlined the management of the projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Testimonial<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFrom the start the support I have received from Debbie and the team has been great.
