The Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n NHS Ayrshire and Arran were in need of a Dual Appointment Vaccine Booking System for rapid deployment. As SBP had already built this Smartsheet<\/strong> solution for NHS Tayside, which was already being used in COVID-19 Vaccination clinics, it made sense to have them adapt the system to their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The appointments booking system offers<\/a> real-time appointment availability and is able to manage two bookings at a time, the second being a customisable range of days after the first appointment.
