NHS Tayside<\/strong> already use Smartsheet<\/strong> extensively to drive efficiencies but urgently needed a solution to track and monitor the progress of their <\/span>Respiratory Protection Programme<\/b> to test and face fit all Frontline staff with Masks that protect them from common airborne diseases.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

They also had an urgent requirement for a <\/span>Skin Health Surveillance<\/b> solution\u00a0 to monitor skin health among employees who will be in physical contact with patients.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Smarter Business Processes built a Face Fit Test Register and Skin Health Surveillance solution using Smartsheet in very short order.<\/span><\/p>\n

The resultant reports and\u00a0 dashboards provide graphical (ie Pie Chart) real time visibility whilst maintaining compliance with the H&S regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Both solutions were essential for monitoring a large number of staff over 44 hospitals and medical centers across the Tayside area.<\/span><\/p>\n
